The Claude directory version
Most of these docs cover the automation connector, which finishes videos on its own. Rendley also has a lighter version listed in the Claude directory. This page is what it does and how it differs, so you know which one you are on.

It prepares rather than finishes. The agent works out the brief with you, adds your media, and hands back a link to a Rendley project with the request already filled in. You open it and press Send to start the actual edit.
Nothing renders and no credits are spent until you do. It works on any plan, including free.
Why you might use it
It is one click from the Claude directory with nothing to configure, and it does not need a paid plan. It is the quickest way to see how Rendley interprets a brief before you start an edit.
What it cannot do
It stops at the draft. It never edits, generates media or exports, and someone has to open the link and press Send, so it cannot run unattended or on a schedule.
Using both
You can have both connected at once, as long as they are separate entries with different names. Signing in to one does not sign you in to the other.
If listing your projects works but asking for an edit does not, you are on this connector rather than the automation one. Check the URL in your config.
